do you fly in your dreams?

Recently someone has been telling me that they dream they can fly. Personally, I have never dreamt this before. Some say that when you dream you have been flying it is in fact because you had an outer body experience. There are some books out there written about the subject. I even came across a person once in Brazil, who took a course on how to lave the body while awake.
The funny thing about it is that almost everyone I know that has had this dream agree that it is a very thrilling experience because it is said to be very, very real. One person said he was just learning to fly in his dream and he had to practice a lot. He would actually feel being lifted a couple of centimeters above the floor and after trying for a while he was able to elevate himself further.
My recommendation: practice! Every night before going to bed, plan a trip. Think of the places you would like to go, or a person who is far away and you would like to see. Have you had any type of experiences like this? I'd like to hear about them. :)

I like to think about Gurumayi and the Siddhas before I go to sleep and look forward to sleep like a form of meditation. My meetings with Gurumayi, Baba, Bade Baba and with other exalted beings whose names I don't know are always very real. They are darshan. Even though these kinds of dreams are rare, the possibility that they may occurr makes me look forward to sleep.

You know, I've had many vivid dreams where I see beautiful sceneries and amazing animals, with colorful feathers... they where so real I could feel the ticklish feeling when they barely touched my face...
After these dreams I knew for sure I had been in a different world.
